Who can join?
Membership is open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.
What if I try to clock in with Time Card Express® at a business and they don’t honor their advertised discount?
Please immediately contact Member Services at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all relevant details including the business name, the date that you tried to clock in and were denied service, and any other relevant details. If you tried to clock in with an online discount code at the time of booking and your discount code was rejected, let us know that as well. Once we receive the details of your grievance, we’ll work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
How frequently can I clock in for a discount at a particular vendor’s business?
As often as you’d like within the time frame stipulated with each advertised discount.
I’m a VIP member. How and when can I renew my annual membership?
You’ll receive an e-mail renewal notice at least 15 days before your expiration date. At that time, you’ll have the option to pay to renew your membership for another year. Once you renew, a new card will be mailed to you.
Can I cancel my membership at any time, and how do I cancel?
We’d hate to see you clock out, but if membership isn’t a good fit, know that you can cancel at anytime. Simply log into your account and navigate to the ‘My Account’ page where you’ll find a cancellation link next to your membership level. Please note our no refund policy for VIP membership cancellations.
If I cancel my VIP membership and later change my mind, can I reactivate?
Yes, but you’ll be required to pay a $39 reactivation fee.
When can I expect to receive my Time Card Express® in the mail?
If you’ve joined as a VIP, please allow 10-14 business days to receive your physical card in the mail. However, you can start clocking into savings immediately by using the discount codes available on the Member Discounts page. Please note that physical membership cards are only available to VIP members.
Can I purchase VIP membership as a gift for someone?
Absolutely! During checkout, simply check the ‘Is this a gift?’ box to indicate that membership is being purchased as a gift. Also, please provide the complete name of the recipient as it should appear on the card and the recipient’s mailing address.
What should I do if my Time Card Express® is lost or stolen?
Please immediately contact Member Services at email@example.com so that a replacement card can be sent to you.
